My Story

Bernice's Cajun Kitchen is a family affair which started in the heart of Tara Thornton Garrett in the late 90's with recipes that traveled from Algiers on the West Bank of New Orleans to Dallas, Texas.

 

Our delectable dishes and baked treats will tantalize your taste buds with the first bite and will have you coming back for more.

 

When we say fresh, we mean fresh. We do not imitate or use off the shelf processed foods to enhance our food.
